About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager – Optic to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Job Descriptions
Sales & Store Performance
  • Manage store sales activities and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and report daily sales performance
  • Maintain budgets and ensure accurate inventory records for all purchases and sales
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and collaborate with area leaders to develop cost-effective strategies
Customer Service
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and comfortable store environment
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
Supervision & Team Management
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff through clear and effective communication
  • Prepare and manage weekly staff schedules
  • Organize and support store events, promotions, and special activities
    Qualifications
    • Strong skills in planning, organizing, analyzing, evaluating, controlling, and execution
    • At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in the optic or retail industry
    • Calm, patient, and professional demeanor at all times
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
    • Strong customer service and experience in budgeting and inventory management
    • Willing to be placed in the Jabodetabek area
