Job summary

A leading modest fashion retailer in Jawa Barat is looking for an experienced Retail Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management and 3–5 years of experience in a relevant position. Strong knowledge of retail inventory systems and familiarity with Shopify is preferred. Immediate availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, including procedures.

Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Management or related fields.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a relevant position (experience in a Modest Fashion company is highly desirable).

Strong knowledge of retail inventory systems and sales reporting.

Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Familiarity with the Shopify platform is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate stock records to prevent overstock or stockouts.

Supervise and maintain visual merchandise display, ensuring that all products are presented according to brand guidelines and seasonal themes.

Prepare, analyze, and report daily/weekly/monthly sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities to drive store profitability.

Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Supervise, motivate, and train store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Track and analyze sales performance and make data-driven decisions to improve store performance.

Coordinate with the merchandising and warehouse teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.

Monitor and manage loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage.

Maintain a secure and positive shopping environment for both customers and staff.
