A leading company in retail expansion is seeking a qualified candidate for store expansion responsibilities. The role involves conducting field surveys to assess potential store locations and analyzing data on traffic and demographics. Ideal candidates should have a minimum bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in retail or property marketing, with strong communication, negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel frequently. Conduct field surveys to identify and assess potential locations based on the criteria and brief provided by the Store Expansion Manager.
Collect, process, and analyze data related to traffic, demographics, competitors, and the surrounding environment.
Prepare and manage supporting documents required for negotiation processes and lease agreements, including relevant data and preliminary recommendations.
Coordinate with landlords, external parties, and the Store Development team to ensure smooth preparation for new store openings.
Prepare and present survey reports covering traffic data, sales potential analysis, and location feasibility recommendations to the Store Operations team and relevant management.
Ensure the selected location, floor area, and site conditions align with operational requirements and the sales targets set by the Store Operation Manager.
