Job Description :

• Conduct site surveys to identify potential locations in line with management briefs.
• Collect and analyze data on traffic, demographics, and surrounding areas.
• Prepare supporting documents for lease negotiation and agreement processes.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to support store opening preparations.
• Assist in monitoring store opening timelines and installation progress.
• Prepare survey reports and progress updates on store openings to the Store Expansion Manager.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in retail/F&B expansion or property marketing.
• Familiar with site survey processes and basic traffic/demographic analysis.
