Store Development (Expansion) & Operation Manager - Fashion Retail
Store Development & Operations
  • Conduct P&L calculations for existing stores and evaluate financial feasibility for new store development.
  • Identify and secure potential store locations through negotiations with malls and property owners.
  • Collaborate with contractors and designers to ensure timely and cost-effective store buildouts that meet brand specifications.
  • Source necessary materials, including props, for new stores.
Sales and Performance Management
  • Monitor and update weekly offline channel sales performance, comparing targets versus achievements, and develop actionable improvement plans.
  • Set monthly sales targets for individual stores in alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Review and monitor retail team KPIs to ensure optimal performance.
Store Visual Merchandising
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Ensure all stores maintain consistent and attractive visual displays that align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with store teams to adapt displays for promotions, new collections, or seasonal themes.
Operational Excellence
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure stores run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Calculate and manage commission structures for store teams.
  • Coordinate repairs and service orders to maintain store functionality in a timely manner.
Training and Compliance
  • Ensure customer service training and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are consistent with company policies.
  • Promote a culture of excellence by reinforcing brand values and customer-first practices across all retail locations.
