About the Role:
As a Store Area Operations Supervisor, you will be the engine behind smooth, efficient operations across multiple locations. You will take ownership of daily store performance, including sales and inventory, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations from opening to closing, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, hygiene, and cleanliness are maintained.
- Drive Sales & Profitability: Execute daily sales plans, manage promotions, and analyze performance data to help achieve store revenue targets and optimize costs using P&L understanding.
- Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams: Supervise, train, and coach store crews. Monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive and motivated work environment.
- Manage Inventory & Stock Control: Oversee daily stock levels, monitor usage, and prevent loss or overstock to ensure optimal product availability.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Liaise with sponsors, partners, and government institutions to support brand presence and operations.
- Handle Administrative Duties: Manage petty cash, process SKU orders, coordinate shipments, and submit necessary reports (e.g., LOA) to the Director.
We're Looking for Someone With:
- A minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or an equivalent field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail management role (Store Supervisor/Manager or Area Manager) with experience managing multiple stores.
- Proven experience leading, training, and coaching a team of 10 or more people.
- Strong experience in driving sales, managing P&L, inventory, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- High integrity and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to be placed in the East Java area and travel as required for work.
- Fluency in English is required; Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant plus.
