Formulate Indonesia-wide sales strategy and annual targets

Expand KA networks: Erafone, Digimap, Urban Republic, ITC 3C stores, top Shopee/Tokopedia sellers, distributors.

Analyze market trends and pricing structures of major competitor.

Key Account Management
  • Maintain strategic relationships with KA partners and distributors
  • Lead negotiations, contract structuring, and annual business plans
  • Drive quarterly incentive programs and channel policies
Sales Strategy & Performance Growth
  • Develop sales forecasts, channel pricing, and promotional plans
  • Manage product mix based on Indonesia’s price-band competitiveness
  • Monitor performance dashboards and ensure quarterly/annual KPI achievement
Sales Team Management
  • Build and manage a high-performance sales team (AE / KA / BD)
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance management
  • Ensure strong collaboration with marketing, e-commerce, product, and finance teams
Requirements
  • 5‑8 years of experience in storage products or ICT hardware sales
  • Strong network in IT retail, distributors, and KA partners in Indonesia
  • Proven experience in channel management and business negotiation
  • Strong leadership and target‑driven mindset
  • Willing to travel frequently for business
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with or for the following brands or their Indonesia distributors:
    SanDisk / WD / Samsung / Seagate / Kingston / Adata / CPU/GPU/Motherboard/DDR
