A leading hospitality organization in Jakarta is seeking a Stewarding Assistant Manager to ensure the efficient running of the department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a large hotel, with strong leadership skills to mentor and motivate team members. This role involves managing daily operations and training staff to deliver excellent service.
You will ensure the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations by providing an excellent and consistent level of service. As the Stewarding Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of the day-to-day operations of the Stewarding department, including training, supervision, and coaching of all attendants, Team Leaders.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Manager Stewarding in a large hotel operation (experience in a five star hotel is advantageous), Good leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, train and motivate team members, Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible team environment.
