Job summary

PT Anugerah Wijayatrisna is seeking a detail-oriented administrator with a background in civil projects to manage Bill of Materials processing, contract verification and sub-contractor coordination for our construction projects.

The role involves handling project documentation, inputting orders, and ensuring accurate volumes against contracts, while collaborating with field teams to maintain filing standards and timely approvals.

Qualifications

• D3 or S1 degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (preferred).
• Experience in administration and Quantity Surveyor for construction projects.
• Willing to coordinate with field teams when required.
• Understand English language correspondence.
• Able to work neatly with document filing processes.
• Able to collaborate well with all relevant parties.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process Bill of Material volumes according to new project breakdown.
• Review project contracts and verify volume and budget alignment.
• Understand project contract agreements, including main contracts and addendums.
• Screen and clarify volumes with potential sub-contractors.
• Create work orders (SPK) for selected sub-contractors.
• Inspect sub-contractor progress and inventory.
• Verify material volumes against project Bill of Material.
• Input confirmation orders into the system for each new project.
• Process documents and route for approval to relevant parties.
• Receive and process project implementation reports (RAP) from project executors.

About you
