A garment manufacturing company in Semarang is seeking a Staff - Quality Assurance to oversee quality control processes in sewing. Responsibilities

• Overlook the 12 sewing modules.
• Ensure coordination between QC leaders, operators, and production teams.
• Monitor garment production compliance with buyer requirements.
• Conduct in-line and end-line inspections for defect detection.
• Identify root causes of quality defects and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection reports.
• Drive the team for department KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality certifications.

• Conduct in-line and end-line inspections to detect defects and prevent recurring issues.
• Identify root causes of quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection reports, defects, and corrective actions.
• Drive the team for department KPI's to provide excellent product to the customer.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, buyer standards, and international quality certifications.
