Job Descriptions

• Assist doctors in examination of patients.
• Observe, record of vital signs of patient and report all abnormality of patient’s condition to physician.
• Administration of medications, record use of drugs and other given treatment.
• Carry out nursing procedures for patients e.g. catheterization and dressing.
• Carry out diagnostic / therapeutic procedure when required e.g. ECG, nebulizer, blood glucose monitoring.
• Performs extended roles when required e.g. IV cannulation, venipuncture.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing
• Registered Nurse with a current and valid Annual Practice Certificate (APC) from Malaysian Nursing Board.
• MUST be willing to work shift hours.
• Sound knowledge of Infectious Diseases is essential.
