Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience or strong skills in programming languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Java).
  • Proficient in query statements (SQL or equivalent).
  • Good understanding of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Attention to detail and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for JES to ensure performance and data accuracy.
  • Manage and support Face Attendance Machine integration and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain internal applications for Human Capital operations.

  • Collaborate with Human Capital and IT teams on system needs.
  • Conduct system testing, documentation, and user training.

Overview

Provide technical support and maintenance for JES (JAS Employee System) to ensure smooth system performance and data accuracy.

Manage and support the Face Attendance Machine integration and troubleshooting.

Develop, enhance, and maintain internal applications related to Human Capital operations.

Create and optimize queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting needs.

Collaborate with the Human Capital and IT teams to ensure system needs are aligned with operational requirements.

Conduct system testing, documentation, and user training for new features or updates.

Monitor database integrity, perform regular backups, and ensure data security.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience or strong skills in programming languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Java, or similar).
