About the role

We are seeking a talented and organised Staff Finance to join our group at PT PRIMA SARANA in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya. This full-time role is essential in supporting the smooth and efficient running of our administrative operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the organisation
  • Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and events
  • Assist with preparing and editing documents, presentations and reports
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
What we're looking for
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in an finance at least 2 Years
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
