Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers to ensure projects and orders are in place for customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and top-quality product
• Plan and contribute to the development and control of operating budgets for customer products
• Consistently provide specialist solutions to production problems for the specific customer product
• Support sales to pursue new opportunities
• Cost improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree (Industrial Engineering, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the investment casting industry
• Good negotiation and communication abilities to reach mutually beneficial agreements for customers and the company
• Good computer skills for sales reporting and presentation
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Ability to drive own car
