Morula IVF is the biggest IVF center in Indonesia which was established in 1998. It is the first and the only clinic in Indonesia which had achieved International Certification Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee (RTAC) from The Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand (JAS - ANZ).
Nowadays Morula IVF is growing rapidly and already has several branches, such as: Morula IVF Margonda (Depok), Morula IVF Padang, Morula IVF Surabaya, Morula IVF Melinda Bandung, Morula IVF Pontianak and Morula IVF Makassar. In the next 3-4 years, Morula IVF plans to go public.
Responsibilities
- Manage all administration across the marketing division.
- Manage the overall social media channel (IG, Tiktok and Twitter), especially answering comments + DMs in real time.
- Manage day-to-day dashboard for TikTok, Twitter, IGS and IGF and double check all data in brand portal.
- Scheduling Content: responsible for scheduling when content will appear on social media; research optimal times for impressions and engagement.
- Explore social media and engage with comments on other KOLs or brands.
- Collect data for daily reporting on social media, compass (market share), and other metrics.
- Track internal giveaway winners; coordinate with CS and WH to contact winners and send gifts.
- Competitive review in terms of pricing and communication.
- Coordinate with WH for stock availability for social media giveaways.
- Research trending social media content on TikTok, Twitter and IG and provide references.
- Track data for specific content (giveaway, sayembara, etc).
- Approve content, brief to creative, and assist social media strategist to manage day-by-day content development to ready H-3 days before upload.
- Manage timeline project for social media.
- Handle all operational tasks inside the marketing division (checking stock, select winners, brand partner data, etc.).
- Brand competitive review compilation.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in a Social Media Related role or personal Instagram/Tiktok with more than 50K followers at Hospital or Healthcare.
- Minimum Diploma Degree.
- Ability to effectively manage time and schedule according to deadlines.
- Ability to plan content and manage Doctor Social Media Accounts.
- Experienced / familiar with handling Social Media platforms is a plus.
- Preferable experienced / familiar / interested in Healthcare Industry.
- Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Up to date with design trends, deep knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Social Media Platforms.
- High attention to details and aesthetics; able to work on a wide range of media.
- Great teamwork, fast learner, and able to work on a tight schedule.
