Job summary

A leading automotive component manufacturer in Indonesia is looking for a technician lead who will be responsible for overseeing machine trials and ensuring compliance with manufacturing processes. Candidates should have an Associate's Degree in Mechatronics, with strong analytical and communication skills. At least 1 year of experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Responsibilities

• Lead technicians during machine trials for machine development.

Job description

Responsibilities

Lead technicians during machine trials for machine development and modification.

Monitor machine trial activities to ensure compliance with specified standards and requirements.

Oversee periodic machine calibration performed by technicians to ensure adherence to established standards.

Prepare evaluation and observation reports when issues occur on automated machines.

Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities in automation processes.

Coordinate troubleshooting and repair activities in the event of machine disturbances or failures.

Report machine performance progress and trial effectiveness to the Engineer.

Coordinate routine inspections and preventive maintenance of automation machines with the technician team.

Perform final verification of machines after repairs or improvements before they are put back into operation.

Requirements

Associate's Degree in Mechatronics or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes.

At least 1 year of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

Eager to learn with good communication skills.

Able to work both in a team and independently.
