Role Description

RevComm, headquartered in Japan, is establishing a development base in Indonesia. As the first engineer in Indonesia, you will play a key role in leading and building the engineering organization.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Software Engineer (Python + AWS) located in Jakarta. The Sr. Software Engineer will be responsible for software development, specifically back-end web development, using Python and AWS technologies. Day-to-day tasks include programming, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our cloud-based software solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Computer Science and Software Development
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming
• Proficiency in Front-End application frameworks such as familiarity with Python and AWS technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work as a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in a SaaS or AI company is a plus
• Experience in managing a team of around 10 members
• Business-level English communication skills
