FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER (F&B MGR)

EXECUTIVE CHEF (EC)

General Requirements:

Having experiences in similar position in hotel industry min 2 years, at 4 or 5 stars hotel

Fluent in English (Written & Spoken) specifically for F&B MGR & EC

Strong leadership and a good team player

Dynamic personality, proactive and hands on leader

Good personality, well groomed, detail oriented & discipline.
