Overview

Job Title : RPA Business Analyst (UiPath)

Job Type : Full Time

Experience range : 5-6+ years (4 years in UiPath)

Working hours : Normal Working Hours

Responsibilities

• Support discussions with stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements.
• Support requirements analysis and formulate specifications for impacted systems.
• Contribute to the design, development and testing of RPA processes.
• Develop software modules in line with coding standards (where applicable).
• Participate in the evaluation and testing of hardware and software platforms.
• Adopt Agile delivery methodologies to speed up user feedback cycles and end-to-end delivery timelines.
• Integrate new features of the RPA platform where applicable.
• Identify ways to improve performance and robustness.
• Write technical guides for internal and external users.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems (functional/performance related).
• Provide regular and effective progress updates to ensure management of delivery risks or issues.
• Participate in reviews and meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of RPA processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment, preferably in telecoms.
• Understanding of the UiPath RPA platform. Certification of UiPath BA from UiPath Academy is an added advantage.
• Understand/exposed to a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
