Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier factories and manage key performance metrics.
• Collaborate on pre-PO activities including planning and production readiness.
• Lead special and ad hoc projects to improve production flow and efficiency.
• Analyze Work In Process (WIP) and production status reports weekly.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks with factory management.
• Ensure timely PO distribution and accurate data entry.
• Negotiate delivery schedules, costs, and value-added services.
• Coordinate with logistics for smooth handovers and shipping.
• Troubleshoot delivery and documentation issues to avoid delays.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports for POs.
• Maintain alignment with stakeholders on delivery timelines and expectations.

About the Client

Our client is a global leader in licensed sports merchandise, collaborating with world-renowned brands, leagues, and retailers. They are expanding their sourcing and production operations across Asia and are seeking experienced production analysts to support end-to-end supply chain and purchase order (PO) management.

Role Summary

The Sr. POS Production Analyst will oversee all aspects of Import Purchase Orders (POs), from pre-issuance planning and production tracking through to handover of goods at the port or carrier. This role involves close collaboration with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient production, proactive issue resolution, and data accuracy across supply chain systems.

• Maintain alignment with internal and external stakeholders on delivery timelines and expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Thai or Spanish.
• Proficient in Excel, MicroStrategy, and other MS Office tools.
