Job summary

Philip Morris International seeks an experienced Sr Manager Tech Solution – SAP Test Automation & Signavio to own and scale SAP test automation and Signavio-driven process management globally. Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end SAP test automation and SAP Signavio process management strategy, ensuring alignment with release, change and programme governance.
• Establish and continuously improve test automation and process management services, including prioritization, delivery cadence and value realization.
• Lead and coordinate external vendors and delivery partners, setting priorities, quality standards and accountability for outcomes.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams and SAP, translating business needs into actionable IT deliverables.
• Govern the full SAP testing lifecycle, including SIT, UAT and regression testing, optimizing automation coverage.
• Drive the adoption and governance of SAP Signavio to document, analyse and improve end-to-end business processes.
• Leverage Signavio process mining and analytics to identify inefficiencies, risks and automation opportunities.
• Oversee test automation frameworks and tools, ensuring scalable, reliable and traceable test execution.
• Define and monitor service KPIs, quality gates, compliance requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support SAP transformation programs by driving automation, process excellence and measurable business value.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Sr Manager Tech Solution – SAP Test Automation & Signavio to own and scale both our SAP test automation capability and our SAP Signavio-driven business process management practice across a complex, global enterprise landscape. This is a hands-on solution management role that blends deep technical expertise, business process insight and delivery ownership. Reporting to the Sr Solution Manager – SAP Basis & Engineering, you will own the end-to-end test automation and process governance strategy, ensuring that quality and process clarity are engineered into every SAP release, change and transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end SAP test automation and SAP Signavio process management strategy, ensuring alignment with release, change and programme governance.
• Establish and continuously improve test automation and process management services, including prioritization, delivery cadence and value realization.
• Lead and coordinate external vendors and delivery partners, setting priorities, quality standards and accountability for outcomes.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, internal IT teams and SAP, translating business needs into actionable IT deliverables and aligning expectations.
• Govern the full SAP testing lifecycle, including SIT, UAT and regression testing, applying risk-based testing principles and optimizing automation coverage.
• Drive the adoption and governance of SAP Signavio to document, analyse and continuously improve end-to-end business processes.
• Leverage Signavio process mining and analytics to identify process inefficiencies, risks and automation opportunities, supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Oversee test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, SAP CBTA, Solution Manager), ensuring scalable, reliable and traceable test execution.
• Define and monitor service KPIs, quality gates, compliance requirements and continuous improvement initiatives across testing and process management.
• Support SAP transformation programs by driving automation, process excellence, innovation and measurable business value through efficiency, scalability and risk reduction.

• Proven experience in SAP test automation strategy and delivery.
• Experience building and scaling test automation and process management services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align business, IT and SAP priorities.
• Experience leading external/vendor teams and managing delivery outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong knowledge of SAP business processes (e.g., O2C, P2P, Retail, CAR) and the SAP testing lifecycle (SIT, UAT, Regression).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio (or equivalent BPM/process mining tools) and process governance.
• Ability to translate business process insights into testing, automation and transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Tricentis Tosca or SAP CBTA, and willingness to develop expertise in complementary platforms.
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestFLO or SAP Solution Manager.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset; experience with Agile/SAFe, AI-driven testing, ITIL or SAP Signavio certification is a plus.
