Finku in Jakarta is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a focus on NLP to design, develop, and deploy advanced NLP models for our product suite. You will work on sentiment analysis, language translation, and conversational AI to empower smarter user experiences.

You will collaborate with engineers and product managers, build robust data pipelines for training and deployment, and explore new NLP techniques while optimizing models for speed and accuracy in production.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying production NLP models.
• Strong Python skills with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NLTK/spaCy.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention, and NLP DL techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps for deployment and monitoring.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate NLP models for NLP tasks such as text classification and NER.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for training, validating, and deploying ML models.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in developing and deploying production-ready NLP models .
• Strong programming skills in Python, with extensive experience in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and NLTK/spaCy.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures , attention mechanisms, and other deep learning techniques relevant to NLP.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
