Job summary

A leading solutions provider in Indonesia is seeking a Senior Instrument & Control Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of instrumentation systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Strong knowledge of control systems and proficiency in relevant software tools are required. Fluency in English is essential for communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience as Sr. Instrument & Control Engineer in Oil & Gas, Power Generation or Industrial Sector.
• At least 3 years in a similar role in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Familiar with international standards (ISA, IEC, API, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, specification, and implementation of instrumentation and control systems.
• Prepare and review technical documents and engineering drawings.
• Coordinate for system integration and compliance.
• Support procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers.

• Have experience as Sr. Instrument & Control Engineer for at least 10 years in Oil & Gas Industry, Power Generation, or Industrial Sector.
• Have the similar role at least 3 years in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Fluent in spoken and written in English.
• Strong knowledge of control systems (DCS/PLC/SCADA), instrumentation selection, and loop design.
• Familiar with international standards (ISA, IEC, API, etc.).
• Proficient in relevant software tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, specification, and implementation of instrumentation and control systems.
• Prepare and review technical documents, datasheets, and engineering drawings.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure system integration and compliance with project requirements.
• Support procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
