Job summary

China Fiber Optics Online is seeking a process engineer to drive optic engine/SOE process design from prototype to small volume. You will define key parameters, flows and controls across the manufacturing steps.

You will coordinate with mechanical, automation, validation and suppliers to ensure process readiness, capability and repeatability, and support root-cause analysis during builds and testing.

• Own optic engine/SOE process design from prototype to small volume (process flow definition, key parameters, controls).
• Define process-related specifications and documentation (SOPs, work instructions, acceptance criteria).
