Amazon Web Services Indonesia is seeking a Delivery Consultant to partner with customers on designing, implementing, and managing AWS solutions that meet business and technical goals.

You will lead complex engagements, advise on ML and data analytics on AWS, and ensure alignment of scope, timeline, and value across the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience.
• 7+ years of customer facing, large scale project leading and implementation experience.
• 5+ years of database experience (SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis).
• 5+ years of cloud-based solution experience (AWS or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Advise customers' technologists and business leads; explore ML opportunities and data analytics on AWS.
• Discuss industry-specific concepts with customer teams in FSI, Telco and Retail.
• Drive large engagements across pre-sales and delivery from ideation to delivery.
• Conduct workshops to identify opportunities for business value via data analytics and ML.
• Provide technical leadership to align scope, deliverables, and timelines.

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You'll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Key job responsibilities

As an experienced technology professional, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
• Advise customers' technologists and business leads; help them to explore the art of the possible with machine learning, and to develop scalable Data Analytics and ML solutions on AWS to deliver business value in the most effective way
• Discuss complex industry-specific business concepts with customer technologists and business leads especially in FSI, Telco and Retail
• Drive large, complex customer engagements across pre-sales and delivery from ideation, through architecture design and scoping, all the way to closure and into delivery
• Conduct workshop sessions to identify opportunities with our customers to scope how they could deliver business value through the use of Data Analytics and machine learning
• Provide technical leadership and excellence on customer engagements to ensure alignment on scope, deliverables, timeline and customer expected outcomes

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience
• 7+ years of external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project leading and implementation experience
• 5+ years of database (eg. SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis) experience
• 5+ years of cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation).
• AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred.
• Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python)
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical experience preferred, knowledge of Data Technology stack of AWS and integration with Machine Learning and Generative AI.
