Overview

To lead the design and implementation of end-to-end AI solutions by providing technical direction and architectural oversight within the engineering organization, in order to drive significant business value and ensure our AI capabilities are scalable, robust, and innovative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and end-to-end implementation of complex AI solutions.
• Make key decisions on architecture, tools, and frameworks.
• Develop and adapt advanced GenAI applications.
• Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI models in production.
• Implement MLOps best practices to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Optimize solutions for cost and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish technical best practices.
• Collaborate with product and business leaders to define technical strategy and feasibility for new AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or data‑centric roles, with at least 2–3 years of hands‑on work in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Deep understanding in applied AI/ML, MLOps, system design, and leading projects within an agile/squad‑based framework.
• Expertise in cloud platform services.
• Expertise in implementing Generative AI solutions (LLMs, fine‑tuning, RAG).
• Proficient in Python programming, with strong familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience in using or integrating AI automation platforms (e., n8n) for workflow efficiency is a plus.
