Job summary

PT Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi seeks a Database Administrator to manage MS SQL Server environments, optimize performance, and implement high availability. You will monitor security, perform backups, and support customer requirements with strong analytical skills.

The role requires deep SQL Server knowledge, experience with replication and monitoring tools, and the ability to work actively in a tech-focused team in Jakarta Barat.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology or related field.
• Deep understanding of MS SQL Server including advanced querying and replication.
• Knowledge of RDBMS concepts (PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• 2+ years maintaining and troubleshooting user management, performance, indexing and backup/restore.
• Experience with database backup/restore and RDS snapshots.
• Knowledge of high availability and replication (streaming, cluster).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Understanding of data masking and database security.
• Hands-on with database standards and end-user applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to resolve customer complaint.
• Analyze root cause and provide resolution for assigned problems.
• Support daily database management for the team.
• Execute backup/restore procedures and monitor performance.
• Assist with implementing high availability and replication.
• Maintain data security per company standards.
• Review incident resolutions for adequacy and feasibility.
• Monitor database performance for security and speed.
• Learn and apply new technologies as needed for customers.
