Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Supervisor Cost Accounting to join our growing team, reporting to Finance Accounting Manager. You will handle costing and reporting across the company group, from raw materials to finished goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cost analysis, and month-end closing for trading and manufacturing entities, with emphasis on data integrity and process improvement. You will also manage the accounting system and support audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with Certificated Brevet A & B.
• Certificated Cost Accounting will be advantageous.
• Minimum 2–4 years experience in Cost Accounting.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian Tax regulations and IFRS.
• Proficiency in Accurate Online and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and analyze cost budgets and track production cost efficiency.
• Calculate COGS and COGM by tracking materials, WIP and finished goods.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and support decisions.
• Ensure accurate warehouse inventory records and oversee stocktaking.

Job description

We\'re looking for a Supervisor Cost Accounting to join our growing team. You\'ll report directly to the Finance Accounting Manager and Management, handling costing and reporting across our company group – from coffee trading to powdered beverage manufacturing, covering the full cycle from raw materials to finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and analyze cost budgets. Track daily and project production cost efficiency and evaluate any deviations.
• Accurately calculate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Cost of Goods Manufactured by tracking the costs of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate warehouse inventory records, oversee routine stocktaking, and analyze inventory value adjustments and asset depreciation.
• Prepare monthly expense reports that are timely, accurate, and compliant with Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK/IFRS) to assist management in strategic decision-making.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare separate reports for trading and manufacturing entities.
• Manage the company's Accounting system or reporting tools to ensure data is consistent and up-to-date.
• Prepare data for internal and external audits, ensuring that each transaction has valid supporting documentation.

About you

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance with Certificated Brevet A & B.
• Certificated Cost Accounting will be advantage.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years experience in Cost Accounting.
• In-depth understanding of Financial Accounting Standards (SAK/IFRS) and Indonesian tax regulations (UU KUP).
• Proficiency in using Accurate Online and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Can work under pressure.
