A logistics company in Indonesia is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to manage Accounts Payable and Receivable transactions accurately. The role includes maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and supporting audit activities. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's in Accounting or Economics, possess Brevet A & B certification, and be proficient in accounting software. Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Process and record Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions accurately and timely.
Maintain and update financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Report, and supporting schedules.
Support audit activities through preparation, analysis, and documentation.
Familiar with withholding tax regulations (Articles 21, 23, and 4(2)).
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting or Economics.
Holder of Brevet A & B certification.
Strong understanding of PSAK, Indonesian taxation, and financial reporting standards.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar systems).
Detail-oriented, honest, and possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
