Job summary

Bureau Veritas | Marine & Offshore Indonesia is seeking a senior inspector with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in inspection of process piping, structural fabrication, pipeline welding and installation for onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities.

Candidates should hold CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent Welding Inspector certificate, and be familiar with AWS D1.1, API 1104, API 5L, ASME B31.3/31.4/31.8 and ASME IX. NDT credentials (RI/UT level 2) and EPC/ EPCI contractor experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in inspection of process piping; structural fabrication and pipeline welding and installation for onshore and offshore Oil & Gas facilities.
• Experience with codes/standards: AWS D1.1, API 1104, API 5L, ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, ASME IX and related piping/structural codes.
• CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent Welding Inspector certificate.
• Certified NDT personnel (ASNT, PCN, BATAN) with RI/UT level 2.
• Experience with EPCI contractors.

• The Candidate shall be fully trained and have a minimum of 10 years experiences in inspection of process piping; structural fabrication and pipeline welding and installation, and other work associated with fabrication of onshore and offshore facilities for Oil and Gas


• Experience with applicable codes and standards such as: AWS D1.1, API 1104, API 5L, ASME B 31.3, ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, ASME Section IX and other codes and standards related to Piping and structural fabrication, pipeline welding and hook -up installation.


• Holding CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent Welding Inspector certificate


• Certified NDT personal to recognize standard (ASNT, PCN and BATAN), holding at least 2 (two) method: RI, UT level 2


• Experience with EPCI contractors
