Overview
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Coaching, Business Management, or a related field.
Certifications in tennis, padel, badminton, or other racket sports are beneficial.
Additional credentials in sport development or sport management are beneficial.
Work Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in racket sports program development, sports academy management, or club operations.
- Proven track record in leading coaching teams, designing training curricula, and managing tournaments or sports events.
- Experience collaborating with sports associations, schools, communities, and sponsors.
Core Competencies
- Ability to design and implement development pathways for racket sports athletes (from grassroots to elite levels).
- Skilled in creating structured training programs and performance monitoring systems.
- Competence in developing participation growth strategies and member engagement.
- Strong understanding of player scouting, talent development, and progression metrics.

- Strong leadership in managing coaches, trainers, and support staff.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience in budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning for sports programs.
- In-depth understanding of racket sports dynamics, training methodologies, and competition formats.
- Knowledge of equipment standards, facility requirements, and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with scheduling systems, athlete databases, and club management tools.
