Be part of Bakrieland Group exciting business growth by joining us as our Sport Club Manager.

The New Integrated Sport & Recreation is a 15-hectare multi-sport and recreation complex designed to become one of the leading sports destinations in West Java. The complex includes football training facilities, sports academies, athlete accommodation, gymnastics and swimming facilities, lifestyle amenities, and various recreational areas. The development continues to expand, with opportunities for additional commercial sports tenants in the near future.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall operations of the integrated sport club and recreation complex.

Drive sales performance, membership growth, and business development initiatives.

Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, safety, and service excellence.

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with sports communities, academies, and commercial tenants.

Manage budgeting, financial planning, and operational performance.

Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing operational team.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Core Qualifications

Meet with our Corporate Value SIGAP (Sinergi, Inovatif, Gesit, Amanah & Peduli).

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Sport Science, Physical Education, Business Management, Hospitality Management, Recreation Management, or other relevant fields.

Proven experience as a Sport Club Manager or in a similar leadership role within sports, fitness, or recreation industries.

Strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to develop and scale operations.

Established network within the sports and recreational ecosystem.

Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams.

Solid background in sales, marketing, and operations management.

Excellent service excellence mindset with a passion for creating great customer experiences.

Willing to be placed in Sawangan, Depok – West Java.
