Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources is seeking a Sustainability Coordinator to implement and monitor SPO programs, ensuring compliance with certification requirements. You will develop work plans, socialize programs to staff, and coordinate with Safety, Environment, and Social Officers to maintain audit readiness.

The role requires at least 2 years in sustainability or plantation operations and a strong understanding of SPO, K3, HCV, and social aspects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sustainability, certification, or plantation operations.
• Strong understanding of SPO requirements and related environmental aspects.
• Experience in monitoring work plans, timelines and audit follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement and monitor SPO programs and certification within the UNIT/PSM scope.
• Develop work plans and targets based on SPO scheme and Sustainability Division plan.
• Monitor certification plans and ensure alignment with approved timelines.
• Socialize work programs to relevant staff and coordinate with Safety, Environment and Social Officers.
• Review licensing and environmental permits related to SPO and monitor regional implementation.
