Main Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new property development opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects aligned with business strategy.
- Conduct market studies, site assessments, and competitor benchmarking to support project feasibility and strategic planning.
- Prepare business proposals, project concept papers, financial assumptions, and presentations for management review.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, government institutions, and other external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Project, Finance, Legal, Operations, and QHSE) to ensure smooth development and execution of new initiatives.
- Monitor the progress and performance of ongoing development projects and provide insights or recommendations to management.
- Support management in due diligence activities and strategic evaluations for potential land acquisitions or joint ventures.
- Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department’s work area.
- Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
- Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
- Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in property development, business development, feasibility studies, or related roles.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse external stakeholders.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic property development environment.
