Role Purpose:
Manage and coordinate all Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities related to formalities, customs, and asset management. Ensure all operations comply with company policies and government regulations while supporting efficiency, transparency, and accountability across the organization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage and process all formalities related to company operations, including permits, licenses, and regulatory documentation.
- Oversee customs clearance for upstream materials, ensuring full compliance with applicable guidelines and customs regulations.
- Coordinate asset management activities, covering acquisition, utilization, optimization, transfer, and write-off processes.
- Monitor and report on customs duty exemptions and import tax matters, maintaining close coordination with the Directorate General of Customs.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support asset transfers and audit processes.
- Maintain and update comprehensive records of formalities,
customs, and asset management activities in accordance with company
policies and audit requirements. - Ensure all SCM-related activities adhere to company procedures, policies, and relevant government regulations.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and governance in SCM formalities and asset management.
- Ensure all activities prioritize safety and comply with the
Companys Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) standards.
Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:
Education:
- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SCM, formalities, customs, or asset management, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Solid background in handling regulatory permits and operational licenses, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Experience coordinating with government authorities such as the Directorate General of Customs, SKK Migas, and other regulatory bodies.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with operations, finance, and legal departments to ensure seamless SCM execution.
- Proven capability in data analysis, reporting, and providing insights to support strategic SCM and compliance decisions.
Technical & Management Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
- Strong understanding of customs regulations, import/export processes, and asset management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated capability in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail with strong compliance and governance mindset.
