Job Description

• Improve staff competency through coaching and training on product handling, product knowledge, attractive and safe display techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Oversee daily produce operations including quality checking, receiving process, storage, and display to ensure all procedures run according to SOP.
• Monitor product freshness and implement proper rotation methods.
• Identify shrink causes and recommend preventive actions to reduce losses.
• Ensure produce area is clean, organized, safe, and visually appealing for customers.
• Review and ensure accuracy in administrative tasks: stock opname, wastage reports, shrink analysis, and documentation.
• Support the team by providing guidance, clear instructions, and leading by example with professionalism and discipline.
• Collaborate with store teams and related departments to ensure product availability and quality standards are met.
• Respond promptly to operational issues and customer concerns related to produce.

Requirements

• Minimum education S1 in any major (Food Technology, Agriculture, or related fields are a plus).
• At least 3 years of experience in Produce/Perishable (supermarket/retail) – experience leading a team or supervising is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of product handling, product quality standards, food safety, hygiene, and display techniques.
• Skilled in stock management, admin processes, and shrink control.
• Responsive, quick, and able to take initiative in solving operational challenges.
• Professional, polite, neat, disciplined, and able to demonstrate strong leadership.
• Good communication skills and ability to coach staff effectively.
• Willing to work full on-site and adapt to fast-paced retail operations.

📍Note: Willing to be relocated in line with office transition (from Bintaro, South Tangerang to Pondok Gede, Bekasi).
