Royal Island is seeking a Spa Supervisor to lead the spa reception and therapist teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and guest service excellence. You will support the Spa Manager, oversee bookings, maintenance, and policy adherence, and contribute to upselling products to guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in English.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Spa Manager, supporting the team to operational excellence, supporting the spa reception and spa therapist team
• Coordinating spa operations, including treatment bookings, facility maintenance, and ensuring adherence to spa policies.
• Training and coaching of reception and spa therapist team.
• In addition to the above, having the ability to upsell our products and assisting in the Spa Reception area and in administrative duties.
• Perform spa treatments if required.
