Job summary

SOZO Skin Clinic membutuhkan seorang Manajer Klinik berpengalaman untuk mengelola operasional klinik secara menyeluruh, memastikan layanan berjalan sesuai prosedur, dan mencapai target klinik.

Kandidat memiliki minimal S1, pengalaman 2 tahun di layanan/klinik kecantikan, kemampuan komunikasi, publik speaking, kepemimpinan, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan. Menyusun jadwal tim, mengelola inventaris peralatan klinik, serta menyusun laporan operasional dan pendapatan klinik.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 dari semua jurusan (minimal).
• Kandidat memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, publik speaking, serta mampu bekerja dalam tim.

Responsibilities

• Mengelola operasional klinik agar berjalan lancar sesuai SOP.
• Mencapai target klinik secara keseluruhan.
• Merencanakan jadwal tim (semua posisi) dan memastikan ketersediaan fasilitas
• Mengawasi inventaris, pemeriksaan, dan perawatan peralatan klinik secara berkala.
• Menyusun laporan operasional dan pendapatan klinik.

Qualifications,

Minimum Education S1 all major

Have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field of services (preferred if you have experience in the field of beauty clinical services)

Job Description,

Ensure clinical operations run smoothly and in accordance with applicable procedures

Ensure the overall target for clinics is achieved

Make effective and efficient planning to achieve the targets set

Set the team schedule (all positions)

Understanding of clinical licensing (having experience preferred)

Responsible for inventory, inspection, maintenance of all clinical equipment on a regular basis

Responsible for providing operational reports and regular clinical income

Responsible for clinical services

Responsible for employee discipline, employee performance, clinical employee development (can coaching the team)
