Job summary

Juke Solutions is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design end-to-end technology solutions for diverse clients in Jakarta. You will translate requirements into scalable architectures, craft detailed technical proposals, and develop blueprints and documentation.

The role involves close collaboration with Sales, Presales, Engineering, Network, Security, and Project teams to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in solution/technical architecture or presales.
• Hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technology solutions based on business and customer requirements.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and reliable solution architectures.
• Develop solution architecture, technical proposals, solution blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Engineering, Network, Security, and Project teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Conduct technical discussions and presentations with customers and provide appropriate technology recommendations.
• Evaluate technologies, tools, and platforms based on project requirements.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements related to security, performance, availability, scalability, and integration.
• Support presales activities, including requirement gathering, solution estimation, technical proposals, and Proof of Concept (PoC).
• Provide technical guidance during implementation and support troubleshooting for complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, System Architect, Presales Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and system integration.
• Experience in developing solution architecture/design and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Understanding of API, database, virtualization, containerization, and system integration concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to conduct technical discussions with customers.
• Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, networking, or solution architecture are a plus..
