Job summary

A leading tech company in Bandung is looking for a skilled Quality Assurance professional to ensure product quality through comprehensive testing. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant field and at least one year of experience in software testing, including the creation of test plans and conducting various types of tests. Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of Agile methodologies are essential. This role requires on-site work in Bandung.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management/Engineering/Computer Science or IT.
• At least has 1-year experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing, including experience in writing and execution such as: making Test Scenarios, Test Plans, TC and do Reviews
• Has experience in the field of testing such as: Functional Test, Unit Test, SIT Test, Regression Test, UAT, Stress Test and Load Test.
• Have knowledge of Agile SDLC Implementation.
• Have knowledge and experience in defect management tools e.g., JIRA
• Have experience reading/analyzing documents such as: FSD, PRD, and other documents related to the project.
• Able to carry out / implement project management in the QA field according to applicable SOPs.
• Candidate with programing background will have an advantage.
• Have experience in automation testing is a plus.
• Good Team player, Independent, out-of-the-box thinker, detail oriented, highly analytical, and self-learner.
• Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in Indonesia, Fluent in English is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that dynamically changes frequently.
• Able to join immediately.
• Willing to work from office (WFO) in Bandung.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and structured test plans and test cases.
• Establish and adhere to company quality assurance standards.
• Conduct analysis of consumer complaints and quality discrepancies. Look for root causes and resolution actions in accordance with company guidelines.
• Ensuring the products produced meet company standards and consumer needs.
• Conduct system test base on scenario test cases execute by manual or automation test,
• To created sprint report and defect report base on daily activity which is given.
• Do internal report to the QA Lead/ PM/ PO/ or Tech related bug or testing and do analyze, to provide solution or feedback base on the issue which is found when conduct test.
