Job summary

BOSNET Distribution Indonesia is seeking a target-driven professional to implement our distribution software at client sites with thorough training provided. You will assist QA testing, offer frontline support, and transfer knowledge of business processes to customers.

The role involves setting up, configuring, and testing the application, performing live preparation tasks, and monitoring progress while documenting issues and timesheets for management review.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related fields from a reputable university.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related position or fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong command of SQL queries and database concepts.
• Willing to work on Saturdays and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Bosnet Distribution software at client sites with training provided.
• Assist solution designer/system analyst in testing (QA) the application.
• Provide support or helpdesk assistance to troubleshoot customer problems.
• Transfer knowledge and train customers on business processes and application usage.
• Set up, configure and test the application to ensure proper operation.
• Perform live preparation tasks such as data transfer and sign-off validation as guided.
• Monitor the implementation process, supervise data entry, and propose solutions to issues.
• Document the project including issues log and timesheet; update Project Manager on progress.
