Job summary

Crossing Hurdles seeks an experienced open-source contributor to help design and improve scalable software. You will contribute production-quality code, review contributions, and maintain documentation for open-source projects.

You will work with a diverse team across languages (C++, Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, Rust) and complex distributed codebases, with exposure to AI/ML systems a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong experience contributing to open-source projects.
• Clear open-source contributions with profiles (GitHub/GitLab).
• Experience with C++, Python, Java, GoLang, TypeScript, or Rust.
• Experience with large-scale distributed codebases preferred.
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning systems is a plus.
