Job summary

PT Lawencon Internasional is seeking an experienced software developer to join our Jakarta team. You will develop, customize, and maintain core banking applications using Temenos T24/TAFJ and Java, aligning solutions with business requirements and technical specifications.

You will design and implement system integrations via APIs, work with relational databases, and participate in Agile/Scrum processes. This role requires 3+ years in banking software, strong problem-solving, and effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in informatics, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong experience with Temenos T24 / Transact and TAFJ (Temenos Application Framework for Java).
• Proficient in Java and developing Java-based enterprise applications.
• Understanding Temenos T24 architecture, customization, and development processes.
• Experience with Temenos development tools, frameworks, and banking workflows.
• Experience developing and maintaining system integrations, APIs, and web services.
• Good knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and data management.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle, testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Knowledge of core banking processes (accounts, deposits, lending, payments, transfers) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team; proactive and willing to learn new technologies.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
• Open to mid-level candidates with strong hands-on development experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements
