The role of the Software Engineer is to build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing

software that complies with coding standards and technical design. We are looking for engineers who lead with honesty in their technical ownership, empathy for the end-user experience, and the agility to navigate both client-side and backend systems.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities)

• Develop software applications using programming languages and tools used in software development with the agility to build scalable and reliable solutions.
• Analyze technical problems and propose effective solutions with honesty and transparency, seeking guidance when needed.
• Work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with team members, and follow instructions from senior team members or team leads through strong empathy and open communication.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies, programming languages, and software development methodologies with high agility in a fast-evolving tech stack.

What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements)

• Have experience in software development, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects through high agility and technical excellence.
• Extensive experience and proficiency in Angular & PHP or Go, demonstrating the agility to work seamlessly across front-end and back-end ecosystems.
• Understanding of software development principles, architecture, design patterns, and best practices applied with empathy for long-term code maintainability.
