Responsibilities

According to business needs, develop and maintain various information management systems, participate in demand research, process design, architecture, coding and maintenance.

Perform full stack development using modern frameworks and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure optimal system performance.

Support integration of new tools, technologies, and automation where relevant.

Responsible for the basic operation and maintenance of the server, including server environment construction, project environment construction, daily server troubleshooting, and common problem handling.

Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving.

Communicate with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Full Stack Developer.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Comfortable with Git workflows (branching, merging, revert, pull request).
• Able to debug environment issues (CORS, Node versions, PHP extensions, MySQL compatibility, etc.).
• Bonus: Experience with Python, AI/ML, Docker, Flutter or Linux server management.
• Proficient in system design and architecture design.
