We`re Hiring Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize simulation and testing systems for mission‑critical banking operations.

Build and maintain highly concurrent backend services and data processing pipelines.

Collaborate with QA teams to integrate automated testing frameworks and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, K6, or custom frameworks).

Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability solutions to improve system reliability.

Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance analysis for simulation modules.

Ensure compliance with security, reliability, and performance standards across environments.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Engineer, or equivalent.

Strong proficiency in Golang, Java, or C# (.NET).

Solid understanding of object‑oriented and concurrent programming.

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Docker).

Familiar with testing frameworks or performance testing tools (JMeter, K6, or similar).

Experience with microservices architecture, API integration, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/OpenShift).

Good understanding of observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Jaeger).
