About the role

PT Jakarana Tama is seeking a talented Software Developer to join our dynamic technology team in Jakarta. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that drive our business forward.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design software architecture and write clean, efficient code
• Developing and testing web applications, mobile apps and other software products using the latest technologies
• Troubleshooting and resolving software issues to ensure seamless performance and user experience
• Participating in the full software development life cycle, including planning, implementation, deployment and maintenance
• Continuously improving development processes and practices to enhance productivity and code quality
• Providing technical support and knowledge sharing with colleagues

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Proven experience of 2+ years as a Software Developer, preferably in Odoo's development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, XML, CodeIgniter, JSON, and API development
• Familiarity with addons, database structure, API Odoo, PostgreSQL, query, indexing, and Git (version control)
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
