About the role

MSCS is seeking an experienced Senior High Sociology Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators. As a full-time role, this position will be based in our campus in Surabaya, Jawa Timur, and will play a crucial part in delivering an engaging and impactful sociology curriculum to our students.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering high-quality lesson plans that effectively teach the sociology curriculum to senior high school students
• Assessing student progress through tests, assignments, and other evaluation methods, and providing timely feedback to support their learning
• Collaborating with the teaching team to share best practices, develop innovative teaching strategies, and contribute to the overall development of the school's educational programs
• Maintaining accurate student records and complying with all school policies and procedures
• Fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that encourages students to explore the complexities of society and develop critical thinking skills
• Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your teaching expertise and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in sociology and educational practices

Qualifications
