SOMA Fight Club is seeking a proactive Content Creator to capture compelling footage across gym activities, events, and fight nights. You will edit premium videos and craft engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok, while interviewing members, coaches, and athletes on camera.

Ideal candidates stay ahead of digital trends, interpret performance data, and collaborate with the marketing team to execute weekly content plans in Bali's dynamic gym environment.

• Capture high-quality photo and video content throughout the gym — training sessions, classes, events, and fight nights.
• Produce engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Edit content quickly while maintaining a premium visual standard.
• Conduct confident on-camera interviews with members, coaches, and professional athletes.
• Identify trending formats, audio, hooks, and storytelling techniques to maximize engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute weekly content plans.
• Be proactive in suggesting new content ideas — not just waiting for direction.

Requirements:

• Must currently reside in Bali.
• Strong videography and editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok best practices.
• Strong knowledge of current digital trends and platform algorithms.
• Ability to interpret performance data and improve future content accordingly.
• Confident communication and interviewing skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced gym environment.
