cmlabs is a brand under PT CMLABS INDONESIA DIGITAL, specializes in the SEO field, and was established in 2019. We use to stand in a new term as Software as a Service (SaaS) and located in two big cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, and Malang. This company was initiated with an idea to help companies or enterprises increase the visibility of their brand on the internet. cmlabs serve users in SEO Consultant, Content Writing, Content Marketing, and also have a product such as SERPs Trackers and SEO Tools. SEO Tools are free and available for users who focus on webmaster and SEO writing. cmlabs will expand to a bigger market to present SEO products and serve SEO activities on a global scale for enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Creative Director to identify social media opportunities that drive brand awareness and communication strategy.
- Conduct competitive analysis, develop and execute comprehensive Social Media strategies aligned with business goals, and stay up-to-date on emerging TikTok trends.
- Analyze Social Media data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Create engaging and platform-native Social Media content.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity on Social Media.
- Monitor and engage with the Social Media audience, fostering positive interactions and building brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Social Media strategies with overall marketing efforts.
- Create detailed reports and presentations on Social Media performance, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Having a background in social media, digital media, or Creative Agency is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Social Media strategist or social media manager, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Deep understanding of Social Media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in using Social Media analytics tools and other social media management platforms.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
- Understanding of paid advertising on Social Media and experience managing ad campaigns is a plus
